Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds or returns.
Exchanges are only applicable if there was a mistake on our part such as a defect in the item, etc. and are only available for 30 days after the item is delivered. In such a case, the correct order would be shipped. If it is unavailable, store credit will be given instead.
In the event that an order is returned to us due to a mistake made by the customer (i.e. failure to pick up the package, incorrect address, etc.), the re-shipping charges will be covered by the customer.
If there is a problem with your order, the shipping charges will be covered by Animāto. In such a case, please contact us by email.
Tracking information is provided for clothing, phone cases, etc. There is no tracking provided for stickers.
Animāto is not responsible for the mail once it is shipped out. For issues after the order has been shipped please contact the mailing service used as they are responsible for delivering the mail to the customer. We have no control over the package once we have shipped it.
All products at a discount are final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Mistakes in Order or Address
If a customer has made a mistake regarding their order or address at checkout, they must contact Animāto (via email or Instagram messages) within 24 hours of the purchase to get the mistake corrected. Failure to do so will result in an inability to correct the mistake made.
